What is a Master Technician?

A Master Technician is a highly skilled and experienced technician who has completed advanced training and certification. Master Technicians should be working in the light or heavy vehicle sector and ideally have at least five years experience to ensure they are familiar with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to diagnose and rectify system faults, rectify faults including replacing components, liaise with customers and be able to transfer their technical knowledge to others such as apprentices and technicians.
