What is a Customer Service Assistant?

Customer Service Assistants play an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction and happiness. As the initial point of contact for customers, they serve as a strong link between a company and its customers. They can work in many different settings such as retail shop floors, call centres or helpdesks within company offices. Their responsibilities include various customer-oriented tasks, which they may carry out over the phone, in person, or through email or web chat.
